Umama is an MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management. She has got wonderful skills of people management with a gifted personal humility and service mindset. Her research regards to “Conceptualization of Happiness and its Impact on Task Performance” which adds up to her ability to improve people performance by cherishing happiness at workplace. At PR Next, she is the first stop for all issues of Beauty Advisors. She is also actively engaged in identifying prospective candidates. Her typical day job at PR Next include one to one interaction with Beauty Advisors, delivering training sessions, updating the training design, profiling of beauty Advisors and identifying continuing training needs for better service delivery.
