Dr. Rasool is PhD in Human resource Management. He has been phenomenal in bringing beneficial change in organizations for the last fifteen years. He has successfully completed many projects of organizational development and human management across industries. One of his major assignment was restructuring of recruitment and selection system for civil servants for Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms, this included revisions and eligibility criteria and rationalization of a desirable competency framework, his research on leadership assessment and development is recognized by Academy Of Strategic Management USA, his work on analysis of job advertisements for C level positions to identify common competencies required for a leader in Pakistan is a valuable input for recruiters and headhunter, he has also worked extensively on identifying competencies of the future for Pakistan which is a valuable input when recommending candidates for recruitment in organizations. He also has been instrumental in recruiting more than 300 brand ambassadors for various organizations. He also services as a member of selection for talent acquisition at PTCL, Air University and other mid-level organizations in Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad. He has been successfully running outsourcing activities for retail organizations for the past two years. His experience includes working with companies like S& P Global, MaxFoster Global, UNDP, World Bank, PTCL, Ministry of Planning Developing and Reforms, Kay & Emms, ABL, Civil Aviation Authority, Shaukat Khanum Hospitals and many more. He is also faculty to many leading business schools across Pakistan and key note speaker to national and international conferences on Human Resource Management and Governance. Dr. Rasool leads the overall operations at PR Next. He looks after senior level recruitment and conducts leadership assessment as part of recruitment process.
