Biography

Ali Kemal has over 30 years of rich experience in Strategy Formulation, Marketing and Specialized Recruitment for such blue chip companies as Halliburton, Shell, R Lintas, Abt Associates (USAID IP).
He has been instrumental in guiding implementation of technology and marketing communication programs across a range of industries which include energy, telecom, technology and education. He has recruited, trained and deployed more than ------- employees for Halliburton across the world, he has also recruited for new project startups which included all levels of recruitment from C level to semi-skilled workers.
He has a proven track record of managing cross functional program teams to achieve success in complex and large-scale business and ICT initiatives with specific skills in marketing and communications, project management, advertising and promotional strategies, organizational strategy for growth, and technical solutions with deployment.
Kamal has a master’s degree in Marketing from ------ and is Certified in PMP (Project Management Professional), and CAM (Certificate in Advertising & Marketing). He has also contributed immensely in developing students to be corporate ready.
